2. Zero Data Hosting & Local-First Processing
All photo processing, including EXIF metadata removal and facial blurring via ML Kit, occurs 100% locally on your device. We do not upload, host, transmit, or store your photos, metadata, or facial geometry on any remote servers. Once a photo is cleaned, it stays on your device.
3. Account & Authentication Data
When you register for a Free, Pro, or Agency account, we collect your email address strictly for authentication and account management. We use secure passwordless Magic Links (via our providers and third-party). Your email is never sold or shared with third-party marketers.
4. Local Storage & Cookies
To provide a seamless and secure experience, KlynPix uses browser localStorage to manage your session state, UI preferences, and standard abuse-prevention mechanisms. We do not use intrusive advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. The functional data remains locally in your browser.
5. Payment Information
If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment is processed securely by our trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). KlynPix does not process, store, or have access to your full credit card details.
6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance (Your Rights)
We are fully committed to global privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA. Because our app is local-first, we inherently minimize data collection. You have the absolute right to request access, modification, export, or deletion of your personal account data at any time by contacting our support team.
