By accessing or using the KlynPix application, website, or browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
KlynPix provides a client-side utility tool for removing EXIF metadata and blurring faces in images. The service operates locally within your browser or device environment.
3. Subscriptions, Seats & Lifetime Offers
Certain features (such as bulk ZIP exports or Agency seats) require a paid account or a "Lifetime Founding Offer". Lifetime access guarantees use of the current core features for the lifespan of the KlynPix product. Agency plans are billed according to the selected subscription tier. Abuse of account sharing may result in account termination.
4. User Distribution & Acceptable Use
Because KlynPix functions exclusively as a disconnected, client-side utility, we do not monitor, endorse, filter, or assume responsibility for the media you choose to process. Any resulting image exported from KlynPix is strictly "User-distributed". You explicitly agree that you will not use KlynPix to process or distribute illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful material. You are solely responsible for ensuring your media complies with local laws.
5. Intellectual Property & DMCA
KlynPix does not host user-generated content on our servers. Therefore, we do not publish copyrighted material created by users. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe our promotional material or website infringes upon your copyright, please contact our support team, and we will act promptly under the provisions of the DMCA.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the local ML Kit will detect 100% of faces in every image condition, nor do we warrant that the service will be entirely error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlynPix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the application or the images exported from it.
